Telia Company are a Swedish telco operating across Scandinavia and the Baltics. They are on a journey to become a new generation telco. A telco focused on customers and providing the content, products and services that they care about. With this bold ambition, they wanted to reinvent the way people purchase smartphones, tablets and other personal tech that can be found at their online & physical stores.
From the start we wanted to tackle the problem by focusing on the main touch points of the customer journey. We did this by enabling the customer to easily create and manage their credit account, quickly browse through transactions, buy gadgets directly via the app and increase the credit limit with a just few simple swipes.
From the initial concept pitch to final delivery, we worked closely together with Telia Finance as an agile cross-discipline team of UX, mobile and backend developers, QA, strategists and designers. We approached the project in a way that would help to transform the business from the inside out.
Not a replica of their online portal but an opportunity to rethink partial payments from a customer’s perspective. Telia Pay is currently available in Finland and Sweden. Our work for Telia is led by our Studios in Malmø and Stockholm.
