The Explore agenda will of course be tailored to your specific situation, but our framework usually includes

Clarify business objectives
Together, we will deep-dive into your business objectives to clarify the benefits and outcomes that you are aiming for. This will help us to ensure that the initiative will be aligned with your goals and priorities.

Frame opportunities
We will work with you to identify promising areas of opportunity and frame them in a way that will guide subsequent ideation and development. We will be creative and investigate multiple framing options before settling on a specific alternative.

Collect insights
In addition to dialogs with key stakeholders, we will also gather data and insights about user behavior, market- and technology trends, and competition. This will help you to decide on which customer- and user segments to address initially and to define the constraints for the product you want to create.

Make vs Buy
If applicable, our activities will include investigating what already exists in the market and whether or not it will make sense to use an existing product or platform. In this, we will consider factors such as cost, time to market and customization needs.

Operational readiness
We often also recommend investigating how the new initiative may impact the organization, the ongoing business and other initiatives that may be in your portfolio.

Outcome

You will receive a comprehensive set of findings and facts that will provide a solid base for your decision-making. The main deliverable will be the Product Memorandum, a comprehensive report that includes:
